• Virtual Format: 6 live sessions that will be recorded to view when it works for you.

Program Schedule:

• Duration: 12 weeks, with bi-weekly sessions. Virtual meeting dates: Sept 5, 19 Oct. 3, 17, 31 Nov. 14

• Session Length: Each session is 1 hour long.

• Format: Live virtual sessions with recordings available for later review.​
